skateboard press plans

I am 16 years old, 5 '9 ", 150 pounds, and want to get big and ripped. Is this a good workout plan?
Monday-Push Abs-up bikes, V-ups, AB roller, Plank-hammer biceps curls, curls iso, standing curls, jump rope curl bar from Tuesday to pull ups Abs-R-you, UPS L, plank, skullcrushers altitude pedaling triceps, standing skullcrushers with kettlebells, sprints straighteners thrust arm push-ups Wednesday calf raises legs, frog jumps, is lance, the leap to something around 24 inches tall Deltoid - Kettlebell presses, armouts, elbow bent turns sitting on Thursday, dumbbell presses Jump rope-pull up Abs-leg lifts, squats, Russian taps or we forearms-compression cracks, roller, forearm curls Friday Flys-chest and back, pull and lunge Bench Press backups and Back Pull-ups In addition, my knees are bad skateboarding squats hurt so heavy.
